Return Policy

To ensure your satisfaction, we have a 30-day return policy. In case of a return:

The refunded amount will be calculated after deducting the following expenses:

Shipping cost: Typically €30 for the original shipment to the customer.

Payment processing fee: 2.9% of the transaction amount, as charged by the payment processor.

Bank transfer fees (if applicable): If the refund is issued via bank transfer, any fees associated with the transfer, including outgoing bank charges, recipient bank fees, or currency conversion fees, will be deducted from the refund amount.

The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of shipping the product back to us.

The returned product and accessories must be complete, clean, and free of scratches or other damage to be eligible for a refund.

3-Year Warranty
Our products are designed for maximum reliability, and each unit is extensively tested before shipment. However, if a spontaneous malfunction occurs, the product is covered with a 3-year warranty.

Please note that any damage caused by misuse or abusive operation is not covered.

When receiving your product, please carefully check the package for damage. If any damage is present, request the delivery person to document it and provide a report. This report, along with photographs, must be emailed to us as soon as possible. If these steps are not taken, transportation damage will not be covered by the warranty.
